User Responsibilities

By using my services, you agree to:

  • Use my apps and website only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any app
  • Not modify or create derivative works based on my apps
  • Not use automated systems (bots) to interact with my services
  • Not circumvent any security features or access controls
  • Not share or sell your subscription access
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Intellectual Property

  • All apps, including code, design, and content, are owned by ColsonSuperApps
  • App names and logos are trademarks of ColsonSuperApps
  • All graphics, sounds, and UI elements are owned or licensed by ColsonSuperApps
  • You may not use my intellectual property without written permission

Purchases and Subscriptions

Payment Processing

All purchases are processed through:

  • Google Play Store for Android devices
  • Apple App Store for iOS devices

I do not directly handle payment information.

Subscription Terms

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's app store settings
  • Uninstalling an app does NOT cancel your subscription

Refunds

All refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple App Store according to their policies:

I am unable to process refunds directly.

Advertisements

Free versions of my apps display advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using free versions, you agree to:

  • View advertisements as part of the app experience
  • The collection of advertising data as described in the Privacy Policy

Premium/Pro subscriptions remove all advertisements.

Disclaimers

No Warranty

MY SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. I DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

  • My apps or website will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • My services will meet all your requirements
  • Results from my apps will be accurate or reliable
  • Any errors will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COLSONSUPERAPPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for my services (if any)
  • Issues arising from third-party services (app stores, ad networks)

Termination

I reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to my services for any user who violates these Terms. Violation may result in:

  • Removal of app access
  • Banning from services
  • Legal action if warranted

Changes to Terms

I may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via:

  • Updating this page with new "Last Updated" date
  • App store update notes for material changes
  • In-app notifications when applicable

Continued use of my services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
