Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using BreedLens AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Description of Service
BreedLens AI is an AI-powered pet breed identification and pet care management app that provides:
- Dog and cat breed identification using Google Gemini AI (284+ breeds)
- Comprehensive breed encyclopedia with temperament, traits, and history
- Detailed health reports with 15+ sections, exportable as professional PDF reports (PRO)
- Food safety scanner with 507+ foods and camera scan support (PRO)
- AI pet assistant with voice chat (speech-to-text and text-to-speech) (PRO)
- AI photo detection for auto-logging meals, poop, and weight via Gemini AI (PRO)
- 4-tab pet care dashboard: Overview, Health, Breed Intel, and Tools with caregiver tracking
- Health analytics with Pet Parent Score (0-100), feeding streaks, and weight trends
- Vet appointment manager with 5-tier smart reminders (PRO)
- AI-powered symptom checker for breed-specific guidance (PRO)
- Side-by-side breed comparison across 10+ traits (PRO)
- Shareable emergency pet info cards (PRO)
- Breed-specific care schedules with milestones (PRO)
- Google Drive backup for pet data, scan history, and photos (PRO auto-sync)
- Instagram-worthy share card generation for social media

AI-Generated Content
BreedLens AI uses Google Gemini AI for breed identification, health reports, food safety analysis, symptom checking, AI photo detection, and the AI pet assistant. All users (free and PRO) use cloud-based AI processing.

- Breed identification confidence percentages are estimates, not guarantees
- Health information is breed-generic and does not constitute veterinary advice
- Symptom checker results are for guidance only — always consult a licensed veterinarian
- Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical concerns about your pet
Symptom Checker Disclaimer
The symptom checker feature provides AI-generated guidance based on symptoms you input, including severity and duration. Results include urgency level assessment and possible causes.
- The symptom checker is NOT a substitute for professional veterinary diagnosis or treatment
- Results are breed-specific estimates for informational purposes only
- In case of emergency symptoms, contact your veterinarian or emergency animal hospital immediately
- BreedLens AI is not liable for any harm resulting from reliance on symptom checker information
- Always seek professional veterinary advice for any health concerns about your pet
Accuracy Disclaimer
Breed identification results are AI-generated estimates based on visual analysis. Results may vary based on photo quality, lighting, angle, and the animal's appearance. Mixed breed analysis is approximate.BreedLens AI does not guarantee the accuracy of any breed identification, health information, food safety rating, symptom checker assessment, or AI assistant response.
Food Safety Information
The food safety scanner provides general guidance based on commonly known food safety data for dogs and cats, covering 507+ foods with clear safety ratings (Safe, Caution, Dangerous, or Deadly).
- Results should not replace veterinary advice
- In case of suspected poisoning, contact your veterinarian or an animal poison control center immediately
- BreedLens AI is not liable for any harm resulting from reliance on food safety information
Scan History, Pet Data & Backup
- Scan results, pet profiles, and care logs are stored locally on your device
- BreedLens AI does not permanently store your pet photos on servers — photos are processed in real-time for AI analysis (breed identification, food scanning, and AI photo detection)
- You can delete your scan history and pet data at any time within the app
- If you enable Google Drive backup, your data (10 categories including pet profiles, scan history, care logs, vet appointments, food schedules, milestones, AI chat sessions, and compressed photos) is stored in your personal Google Drive appDataFolder
- Google Drive backup data is only accessible by BreedLens AI and can be deleted at any time from within the app or by revoking access in your Google Account settings

- Cancel anytime during the trial at no charge
- Free trial converts to paid subscription automatically unless cancelled
- Free trial available only once per user account

Subscription Management
- Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Billing: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- Cancellation: You can cancel anytime through your device's subscription settings
- No Partial Refunds: Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period
- Plan Changes: You can switch between plans at any time; changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle
How to Cancel
- Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → BreedLens AI → Cancel Subscription
- iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → BreedLens AI → Cancel Subscription
Important: Uninstalling the app does NOT cancel your subscription. You must cancel through the app store.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Not modify or create derivative works based on the App
- Not use automated systems (bots) to interact with the App
- Not circumvent any security features or access controls
- Not share or sell your subscription access
- Not use the App to generate misleading breed certifications or documentation
- Not misrepresent AI-generated results as professional veterinary opinions
- Not use the symptom checker as a replacement for professional veterinary diagnosis
- Not abuse the Google Drive backup feature (e.g., storing non-pet-related data)
- Not use emergency cards to misrepresent pet ownership or medical information
Intellectual Property
- The App, including all code, design, and content, is owned by Colson (ColsonSuperApps)
- "BreedLens AI" name and logo are trademarks of ColsonSuperApps
- All graphics, sounds, and UI elements are owned or licensed by ColsonSuperApps
Advertisements
The free version of BreedLens AI displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the free version, you agree to:
- View advertisements as part of the app experience
- The collection of advertising data as described in the Privacy Policy
Refunds
All purchases and subscriptions are processed through and subject to the refund policies of Google Play or Apple App Store:

I am unable to process refunds directly. Please contact the respective app store for all refund requests.
Restore Purchases
If you switch devices or reinstall the app, you can restore your purchases by signing in with the same Google/Apple account and using the "Restore Purchases" option in the app settings.
Disclaimers
No Warranty
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. I DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:
- The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
- The App will meet all your requirements
- Results from the App will be accurate or reliable
- Breed identification accuracy is guaranteed
- Health, diet, and care information replaces professional veterinary advice
- Symptom checker results constitute medical diagnosis or treatment recommendations
- Google Drive backup data will always be available or recoverable
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COLSONSUPERAPPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data or progress
- Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the App (if any)
- Any harm to pets resulting from reliance on app information
- Veterinary costs incurred based on app recommendations
- Decisions made based on symptom checker results
- Loss of backup data stored on Google Drive
Termination
I reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App for any user who violates these Terms. Violation may also result in:
- Banning from leaderboards
- Loss of achievements or progress
- Legal action if warranted
Changes to Terms
I may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via:
- In-app notification
- App store update notes
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
