Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using BreedLens ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

BreedLens is an AI-powered pet breed identification app that provides:

• Dog and cat breed identification using AI (270+ breeds)
• Comprehensive breed encyclopedia with temperament, traits, and history
• Detailed breed reports with health, diet, exercise, and grooming information (PRO)
• Food safety scanner for checking if foods are safe for pets (PRO)
• AI pet assistant for breed-specific care questions (PRO)
• Share card generation for social media
• Scan history tracking

AI-Generated Content

BreedLens uses Google Gemini AI and on-device machine learning for breed identification and content generation.

• AI results are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only
• Breed identification confidence percentages are estimates, not guarantees
• Health information is breed-generic and does not constitute veterinary advice
• Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical concerns about your pet

Accuracy Disclaimer

Breed identification results are AI-generated estimates based on visual analysis. Results may vary based on photo quality, lighting, angle, and the animal's appearance. Mixed breed analysis is approximate.BreedLens does not guarantee the accuracy of any breed identification, health information, food safety rating, or AI assistant response.

Food Safety Information

The food safety scanner provides general guidance based on commonly known food safety data for dogs and cats.

• Results should not replace veterinary advice
• In case of suspected poisoning, contact your veterinarian or an animal poison control center immediately
• BreedLens is not liable for any harm resulting from reliance on food safety information

Scan History & User Data

• Scan results are stored locally on your device
• BreedLens does not store your pet photos on servers
• You can delete your scan history at any time within the app

BreedLens PRO Subscription

BreedLens offers a premium subscription called BreedLens PRO with flexible billing options to suit your needs.

Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Any price changes will be communicated in advance through app store notifications.

Free Trial

All plans include a free trial for new subscribers:

• Weekly plan: 3-day free trial
• Monthly plan: 7-day free trial
• Yearly plan: 7-day free trial
• Cancel anytime during the trial at no charge
• Free trial converts to paid subscription automatically unless cancelled
• Free trial available only once per user account

• Unlimited breed scans
• Full health reports with diet, exercise, and grooming guides
• Food safety scanner
• AI pet assistant
• Ad-free experience
• Premium share cards (no watermark)
• Offline scanning

Subscription Management

• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Billing: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Cancellation: You can cancel anytime through your device's subscription settings
• No Partial Refunds: Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period
• Plan Changes: You can switch between plans at any time; changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle

How to Cancel

• Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → BreedLens → Cancel Subscription
• iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → BreedLens → Cancel Subscription

Important: Uninstalling the app does NOT cancel your subscription. You must cancel through the app store.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not modify or create derivative works based on the App
• Not use automated systems (bots) to interact with the App
• Not circumvent any security features or access controls
• Not share or sell your subscription access
• Not use the App to generate misleading breed certifications or documentation
• Not misrepresent AI-generated results as professional veterinary opinions

Intellectual Property

• The App, including all code, design, and content, is owned by Colson (ColsonSuperApps)
• "BreedLens" name and logo are trademarks of ColsonSuperApps
• All graphics, sounds, and UI elements are owned or licensed by ColsonSuperApps

Advertisements

The free version of BreedLens displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the free version, you agree to:

• View advertisements as part of the app experience
• The collection of advertising data as described in the Privacy Policy

Refunds

All purchases and subscriptions are processed through and subject to the refund policies of Google Play or Apple App Store:

• Google Play Store: Google Play Help

I am unable to process refunds directly. Please contact the respective app store for all refund requests.

Restore Purchases

If you switch devices or reinstall the app, you can restore your purchases by signing in with the same Google/Apple account and using the "Restore Purchases" option in the app settings.

Disclaimers

No Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. I DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• The App will meet all your requirements
• Results from the App will be accurate or reliable
• Breed identification accuracy is guaranteed
• Health, diet, and care information replaces professional veterinary advice

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COLSONSUPERAPPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or progress
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the App (if any)
• Any harm to pets resulting from reliance on app information
• Veterinary costs incurred based on app recommendations

Termination

I reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App for any user who violates these Terms. Violation may also result in:

• Banning from leaderboards
• Loss of achievements or progress
• Legal action if warranted

Changes to Terms

I may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via:

• In-app notification
• App store update notes

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
