Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using TriQuiza ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

TriQuiza is a mobile trivia quiz game that allows users to:

• Answer trivia questions across 24 different categories
• Play in various modes: Classic, Timer, and Multiplayer
• Choose difficulty levels (Easy, Medium, Hard)
• Track scores and achievements
• Compete with friends in local multiplayer (up to 4 players)

Trivia Content

Question Sources

• Questions are sourced from Open Trivia Database (opentdb.com)
• Content is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0
• Some questions may be modified for clarity or accuracy

Accuracy Disclaimer

• Trivia questions are provided for entertainment purposes only
• I do not guarantee the accuracy of all trivia content
• Answers are based on commonly accepted facts at the time of question creation

Game Statistics

• Game scores and statistics are stored locally on your device
• Leaderboards display anonymous identifiers only
• Users do not submit content to the game

TriQuiza Pro Subscription

TriQuiza offers a premium subscription called TriQuiza Pro with flexible billing options to suit your needs.

Available Plans

Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Any price changes will be communicated in advance through app store notifications.

Yearly Plan Free Trial

The Yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers:

• Try TriQuiza Pro free for 7 days
• Cancel anytime during the trial at no charge
• After trial ends, $19.99 USD billed annually
• Free trial available only once per user account

What All Pro Plans Include

• Remove all banner ads
• Remove all interstitial ads
• Remove all app open ads
• Instant rewards (no ad watching required)
• Support ongoing app development

Subscription Management

• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Billing: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Cancellation: You can cancel anytime through your device's subscription settings
• No Partial Refunds: Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period
• Plan Changes: You can switch between plans at any time; changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle

How to Cancel

• Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → TriQuiza → Cancel
• iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → TriQuiza → Cancel

Important: Uninstalling the app does NOT cancel your subscription. You must cancel through the app store.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not modify or create derivative works based on the App
• Not use automated systems (bots) to interact with the App
• Not circumvent any security features or access controls
• Not share or sell your subscription access

Intellectual Property

• The App, including all code, design, and content, is owned by Colson (ColsonSuperApps)
• "TriQuiza" name and logo are trademarks of ColsonSuperApps
• All graphics, sounds, and UI elements are owned or licensed by ColsonSuperApps

Advertisements

The free version of TriQuiza displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the free version, you agree to:

• View advertisements as part of the app experience
• The collection of advertising data as described in the Privacy Policy

Refunds

All purchases and subscriptions are processed through and subject to the refund policies of Google Play or Apple App Store:

• Google Play Store: Google Play Help

I am unable to process refunds directly. Please contact the respective app store for all refund requests.

Restore Purchases

If you switch devices or reinstall the app, you can restore your purchases by signing in with the same Google/Apple account and using the "Restore Purchases" option in the app settings.

Disclaimers

No Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. I DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• The App will meet all your requirements
• Results from the App will be accurate or reliable

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COLSONSUPERAPPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or progress
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the App (if any)

Termination

I reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App for any user who violates these Terms. Violation may also result in:

• Banning from leaderboards
• Loss of achievements or progress
• Legal action if warranted

Changes to Terms

I may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via:

• In-app notification
• App store update notes

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
